ViaVoice UK English

I have been endeavouring to install the UK English version of 
ViaVoice in OS X, thus far without success.

I have the Cd for the Enhanced Edition version 2.1 and the IBM 
ViaVoice 3.0 Upgrade. According to ViaVoice Help, I should be able to 
install the UK version of VV, but although I have followed her 
instructions, it won't install.

Can anyone tell me how to install the UK version?
