[Ti] Bubbling finish

Could you share you experiences in dealing with this problem with Apple
with the list as I too am experiencing this on a topcase that was used to
fix a broken speaker on my Ti 800. The old paintwork didn't have a problem
but the paintwork on this replacement topcase is already bubbling.
