[Ti] How can I make the touchpad button emulate a right-click?

It seems like we are in the same situation.  There are simply no tabs subdividing the mouse prefs, and in particular no trackpad tab.  Did they remove that tab while including only part of what was there in the new mouse prefs?  If so, when did that happen?
