Of course it wil be v10.3.3 that finally gets it working right ;-)

Right, and I being the very cautious person I am, will wait till 10.3.3 before upgrading from 10.2.3.  I prefer to sit back and watch the feathers fly on a new release, than to jump in and have my feathers yanked out willy-nilly.
