[Ti] 10.2.5 update

[PRC-2000]

After doing the 10.2.5 update, I have noticed that when I try to disconnect
after using the modem or changing locations the little window that says
"Waiting for Disconnect" stays on the screen.  Haven't had time to really
dig into this issue, but I'll post an update later,...
