Trevor,

Can't help you much on Safari, I'm an Omni guy, but just double-click 
the plist files, and property List editor will open. You might have 
too have the Disk 3 of jag installed [Developer's].. Load PLE and 
when you get a plist open, click the button that says "Dump"   ha ha, 
no kidding, and it'll all be laid out in nice neat syntax, just 
substitute what you want in it.

I d-loaded Safari, with my old Safari open [dumb, i know] and now i 
have the receipt, but no app, and software update won't give me 
another shot. even with the log jacked to eliminate the record of the 
b2 download/install
