I can also recommend Ramjet <http://www.ramjet.com> who's currently got 
1GB for you TiPBG4 (i.e. 2-512MB SIMMs) for $275.  When I bought mine 
RAM it was Crucial-branded, but YMMV.

I've used Ramjet 3 times now (iBook, G4 Sawtooth and my TiPBG4) and 
each experience was perfect -- good price, good service (I had to call 
and talk to a human once about a credit card snafu), and 1 or 2 day 
delivery.  Highly recommended.
