The whole latch issue really horks me. I had one go bad, was able to find the part. A local tech frien had a top case from a machine that drank some pepsi. Took less than 5 minutes to replace and only required removing the bottom cover. Maybe these should be made of metal or at the very least better plastic! -Scott
