My own personal opinion is that it looks pretty cool.  One thing to bear in mind is that Apple is targeting its PowerBooks at the home user, and occasional traveler, as a replacement for the desktop...as well as continuing to target the frequent traveler.  The 15" 1GHz Ti was recognized as a desktop replacement ( and I think the 15" Ti initially took hits as being "too large for traveling"), and I believe Apple is pushing that concept to the hilt...and rightfully so.
