Does anybody remember Jimmy "The Greek" Schneider?  He got his start 
running a subscription football pool advising service.  Jimmy had a 
_great_ gimmick:  He'd give you your money back if his pick of the 
week wasn't right.

He got lots and lots of subscribers, before it surfaced that he 
actually had _two_ picks: half his subscribers got one team to win, 
and the other half got the opponent to win.  Sure, he had to return 
half the money every week, but he did get to keep half.

And he had a huge number of happy customers!
