[Ti] MS SQL 2000 Worm

As someone who had to spend the better part of a Saturday at work (I'm a
network engineer) due to this bug let me say that I enjoy MS bashing as well
as the next guy but the blame for this attack rests solely in the hands of
systems administrators who did not patch their systems in a timely fashion.
No manufacturer is perfect, but there would be a lot less problems if admins
actually followed the patches etc that come from vendors.
