[Ti] Powersupply foult

As somebody else already said, it's non-serviceable.
However, you should make sure you actually need a new one; the power 
adapters that ship with the Ti 867/1 GHz and later (in other words, all 
the 65W power adapters with the white plug instead of the silver one) 
have an over-current protection that can sometimes make it appear 
non-functional.  The symptom is that the power adapter will stop 
providing power and the lit ring will be off.  The cause is another 
device on the circuit with a very large power draw (refrigerator, air 
conditioner, power tool, etc.) that makes the power adapter think there 
is something wrong with the circuitry in the area, and so it shuts off 
to protect the PowerBook.  Unplugging the power adapter from the wall 
will reset it, although you should plug it in somewhere else to avoid 
tripping the switch again.
