Companies that re-pack Ti batteries?

Does anyone know of a company that would re-pack a Ti battery with new 
cells?

It would be nice to have the old battery cells disposed of properly and 
the battery shell recycled with new power cells. Is this just not 
economically feasible? Not finding anything with google.
