Here is the answer from the Omni FAQ:

      Do you support import/export to Visio?

      OmniGraffle does not currently support import or export of Visio 
documents.
      We get this request a lot, though, so we're working on the best 
way to support this.
      Hopefully, the feature will appear in our next major release.
