That plan at that price in Pittsburgh would be T-Mobile. My son is in 
college there, and we have free T-Mobile to T-Mobile and free weekends 
on this plan.

Note: T-Mobile doesn't charge extra for CSD, IIRC, but when you 
activate Mobile Internet GPRS (not just T-Zones via GPRS) you can no 
longer use CSD - the two are mutually exclusive on T-Mobile.
