[Ti] OSX Bootable disk

Ray,

I've successfully burnt a bootable CD with BootCD. The actual creation 
of the CD is not unreasonably long and it is, overall, pretty 
straightforward. However, the actual booting of your powerbook from 
this CD is VERY slow. Half an hour may even be about right. Why that is 
so, I don't know. My advice would be to go and have a cup of tea and 
forget about it for a while, while it's booting.
