I noticed that when it comes to law, all the lawyers on the list 
become silent ;-)

The law is ambiguous, based on precedents. Sometimes companies won't 
litigate violations for fear that a loss will cause a negative 
precedent to be set. Anyone who takes these conversations seriously 
is the one who is ignorant. This is all speculative opinion based on 
our anecdotal experiences, rather than empirical facts.

Lighten up... or not... ;-)
