And, since I always have the 'Book on an Original CoolPad, I don't notice it on my lap. The two internal fans cycle on and off at long intervals - more time off than on; and if I touch the rear underside of the 'Book, it is warm, but only when the fan is running. Seems to me the fans are doing a good job at maintaining the unit as they should. All that and more are why I'm seeking info now, rather than waiting; the longer I have to evaluate any overclocking articles, performance reviews, and problems, the better my decision will be later.
