[Ti] How do I eject a CD from my PB G4 12"?

I have read that sliding a 3 X 5 card into the slot while ejecting sometimes
helps. If one doesn't work, try two. I think the concept is that the CD is
hitting a lip, preventing it's ejection, and that the thin cards help
prevent it from hitting the lip.
