You have activated the keyboard helpfunction. I may help if you simply 
press the skift key rappidly 5 times. Otherwise open System preferenses 
(Control Panel in your language?) and go to the System and its Help 
section. Under Keyboard you should be able to turn on or off the 
functions as prefered.
