Superdrive in London

Hi List,

I haven't yet given up my quest for an internal superdrive for my 
TiBook 667 infrared instead of my current combo-drive.

In two weeks time I'll be visiting London. Is there any change of me 
going to a shop in the neighborhood of Bond street / Oxford street, 
walk in with my combo drive and walk out with a superdrive?
