[Ti] PCMCIA card for Ti - any success stories out there?

I use the exact same device for the same purpose you do and have had no 
trouble with it using 10.2.x or on 10.3.x. I realize that offers you no 
assistance in figuring out what the problem is, but it also says that 
the problem is not universal.
