[Ti] BlueTooth has re-appeared

Could easily be an intermittent hardware failure.  I fixed a 17" 
PowerBook once that had this same problem; every few weeks, BlueTooth 
would disappear.  I replaced this tiny little bluetooth board, and that 
fixed it.  If it happens repeatedly, give Apple a call.
