[Ti] OT MP3 recording ISO 9660

I have a question on this subject.

Say you have an ISO 9660 disk which contains a mixture of file types, like
text files and jpegs, in addition to the mp3 type.  Can an mp3-friendly car
stereo read just the mp3s and ignore the rest without having problems?
