[Ti] (OT) virus reports sent back to me by PC users: example

I searched the Pandasoft website for the word
"Macintosh". No hits. There were 32 for Windows, and
11 for LINUX. I agree with everyone else. Your email
is being spoofed by somebody who actually has a virus.
You can't do anything about it.

I've got a similar problem. A spammer spoofs me. It's
weird to get spammed by yourself, it was even weirder
when that account bounced all emails. I was spammed by
myself, and bounced by myself several times a day
until I got that fixed.

BTW, I doubt that viruses will ever be as bad on Mac
as they are on Windows. Viruses aren't a huge problem
on LINUX and every Windows virus-writers already has
hardware that can run LINUX. We're protected by all of
the security features LINUX has, and a virus-writer
has to go out and pay for a Mac before he can do any
damage. We'll get some viruses, but there's no need to
panic.

Worst case scenario we'll be forced to buy Norton,
back up all our essential data, and keep our software
up-to-date. Hell, we should regularly backing up, and
updating software already.
