Aaagg - bottom falling off

I have a 550 Ti, and the Right bottom is separating from the plastic 
"shell" that goes around the battery. When I last worked on my Ti, and 
I opened the bottom, I noticed the plastic battery surround 
glued/epoxyed to the bottom plate on the PB was separating.

How do I glue this? Epoxy? Super Glue? I don't want it to get ripped 
off, as it appears that is what is happening to it.
