Safari cannot find the internet plug-in

I am running Safari 1.2.1 (V 125.1) under OS 10.3.3 on my Al-15" Powerbook.

I was trying to access a music video on a website and I got the message:

Safari cannot find the internet plug-in

The page has the content of the MIME type "application/x-oleobject".
Because you don't have a plug-in installled for this MIME type,
	this content can't be displayed.

This message might as well have beem written in Arabic, as neiother
do I understand what ot means nor what I can do about it. Can anyone
help me?

I thought that my browser was fully configured. It has never had a
problem to handle any website content before. Is there something I
can do ? Is it a bug ? Is it a problem with the site itself?

I would really appreciate any contribution to understanding or fixing
the problem !

Thanks. Trevor
