Erick - VERY interesting !  A very good deal for you.

So indeed it does look as thought they are using the refurbished 
channel as a route to market at lower price.

and can you tell us the cost of this new 17" masquerading as a refurbished one?

Compared to the Apple Store price of $  2 999 ?
