After reading all several of the responses on the Referb AlBooks, I ordered a 17 inch on Monday, they shipped Tuesday, I received it Wednesday. It was brand new, unopened box. It's great! When I bought a Referb Ti PowerBook 2 years ago, it was actually refurbished, good condition, but clearly not new. Now, with the new 17 inch AlBook, I am a happy camper. Erick
