[Ti] Upgrade Program

Trade-In/ Upgrade programs don't happen very often. When Apple Repair is
in short supply of service parts, they bump heads with the Apple Store
to offer the program. And it wasn't like they were advertising the
Ti-Book one like crazy. I found about it through this list.

The Ti one worked simply enough. You called Apple Support before the
March deadline and they asked you about your machine. The more your Ti
worked, the more they wanted it. They sent you a box, and you put your
Ti in there, wished it well, and if they approved it, they would send
you the 15 or 17 in. New Al book that you wanted minus $700 off the
price. The older your Ti Book, the better you made off in the deal.

Kind of like an organ donor program... My ol 400 MHz Ti Book is keeping
others running...
