[Ti] Cross Platform Networking

I am trying to set up my home wireless network to share folder under a 
cross platform environment (windows and Mac). My current setting is as 
follows:

- Home PC connected to a DSL line broadcasting a wireless network 
through Airport Express
- 2 PowerBooks
- 1 PC Laptop
-  Another Airport Express to amplify the signal.

I cant seem to see the other computers on the network  in neither 
Windows' Network Neighborhood nor through OS X's Network.

How do I set up my network to share folders with each other?
