[Ti] Broken Power Plug Tip stuck in TI-400

Hello all,

I accidentally tipped my powerbook up while plugged in and it seems
that the tip has broken off the power plug where the white band
connects.  It is down inside the female part in the case and I can't
figure out how to get it out of there (I purchased a replacement
adapter with the tip intact and it only goes half way in).  Any
suggestions to getting the broken one out?
