Your best bet is to take it in for service if still under warranty. Barring
that, search on line for schematics of the guts of a Ti. If you have the
tools and savvy and if you can see clear access to the inside of the power plug
that will allow you to push it out from the inside then try that. Or take it
to service center and get a bid and pay for the fix.

The cheap bet depends on how your fine motor skills are. Without seeing the
unit it is hard to visualize clearance of the pin that is broken off. 1)
Get a magnifying glass so you can see exactly why you are doing. 2) Get a
spot light narrow beam on the broken pin. 3) If the pin is hollow and you
can access the cavity then 4) I would get a thin wire. 5) put a small drop
of superglue on the end of the wire and 6) VERY carefully attach the
superglue wire to the broken pin avoiding contact with the female power in. Then 7)
Let sit until dry allowing the glue to adhere the wire to the pin. Then try
carefully pulling the wire straight out from the female in. Good luck.
