What program in Autostart and things like that? > > Lisbeth in Gothenburg The problem occured every time when I was asked by an installer to reboot (it would not - even if I clicked the preselected restart button). It also would not successfully reboot by direct command. This was particularly irksome when I wanted to boot from a different Volume by rebooting and using Option to select the volume I wished to boot from. But to be perfectly honest, since sending that eMail, I have restarted a few times using the power button and then typing ³R.² And I have restarted using the Apple Menu command. It is probably because I have used TechTool Pro 4.0.4 to replace the Directory and Optimize the Volume. I have not had even one tiny hiccup since!
