[Ti] Cant download in Tiga

i just installed Tiga and everything is running fine except one  
thing. I cant download anything neither from Safari or Firefox.

When i click on something to download from let say version tracker,  
the webpage goes to the download page but never actually downloads. I  
tried the same thing with firefox and all firefox does is keeps on  
refreshing but nothing downloads.


any idea why this is happening?
