[Ti] 10.4.3 - Strange Permissions Repair [OT]

Mr. Griffin,

I get the exact same text whenever I run "Repair  Disk Permissions."   
I have no idea why.  All these "widgets" are located in the Library/ 
Widgets folder and not the User/Library/Widgets folder.
