[Ti] 10.4.3 - Strange Permissions Repair [OT]

Maybe someone with more expertise then me (everybody!) can come up  
with something. One thing I tried was downloading the Combo updater  
and running it with my Mac in Safeboot mode. It doesn’t resolve the  
issue. I have rebuilt the Directory and run every file and volume  
utility I have. No change.

Another thing I noticed was that the new Phone Book and Flight  
Tracker Widgets do not work. I try and drag them into the Dashboard  
window and all I get for my trouble is a beep sound.

Anybody find this as well?
