[Ti] Wait on new Powerbook Pro?

How can anyone know if you will regret it or not?
There will probably be a period where if you buy a new powerbook within x
months of leopard coming out it will be a free or minimal upgrade.. but
not sure how long x is.
Depends also how badly you need a new powerbook right now?
