[Ti] Hinge Repair advice

Yeah, I suspect I'll end up having the hinge replaced but since I already 
have the RADTECH kit I might as well give it a shot! ;-) It's good to see I 
can get the hinge replaced in any event, though, as I think my PB still has 
a good bit of life left in it.
