Actually my "home made docking station" keyboard is a Razor Lycosa, on which the key letters are only visible when they are backlit, and I often use the keyboard with the backlight off. I think I can relate to your motivation ! I think of it as a geeky expression of how tight the human computer interface can be when you've been been using the same tool for years and years. A product i would find useful: a backlit keyboard with letters visible only when backlit, but which can show different letters depending on the keyboard layout selected in the OS. I often type in Turkish, but I'm far from a touch typist on a Turkish keyboard, yet I still find it useful to be able to type on a "F" (Turkish) keyboard as opposed to on some modified QWERTY configuration. -- Tarik
