[Ti] running child + wires = busted tibook graphics

Yeah, so my 1GHz tibook, which has been running like a tank since 2002
has been wounded.  Kid yanked it off the desk & slammed it on the
floor and now the graphics are all distorted.  The actual matrix /
screen is not cracked, but the colors distort wildly and sometimes go
off completely when pressure is applied to the hinge or bottom case.
Everything else is still perfect.  How do I fix this?
