[X-Apps] Mail Doesn't Use Hyperlinks (sometimes)

I have no solution but have the same problem ever since Jaguar arrived. 
The only work-around I found is to forward the message to myself and  
then like magic the hyperlinks all work. this must be a bug in mail.  
Some links do work but I can't figure  out  the pattern.
