Bill - I don't think that was a "useless" comment. I didn't use Safari or Mozilla or any other browser but IE until that errors kept popping up. (After upgrading to 10.2.4 is when it started). I tried uninstalling IE and reinstalling like others mentioned. I tried changing permissions on the IE folder - nothing seemed to work. I'll be as interested as you for a solution but don't blow off using another browser as a (temporary) solution.
