Scheduling outgoing emails in Mail

If you prepare several emails, saving them as drafts, are you able to schedule
the time/s at which each one is put into the Out tray and Sent?  

Example: 3 emails are drafted at about 1:00am (late night inspiration).  I
want 1 email to be sent as is at 9:00am that day (i.e. while I sleep in); the
2nd email needs to be sent at 12:00pm the next day, etc. 

Can this be done by assigning a "Send Time" to each one?

Help appreciated - are scripts needed?  Or another Mail app?
