I have a Dual 1 GHz "Mirrored Doors" G4. I have OS X 10.3.2 installed with all updates. I purchased the Adobe Creative Suite Premium (upgrade version) a month or two ago, and today I finally got around to installing it - well, TRYING to install it. The Installer CRASHES when I click the "Next" button on the welcome screen (which appears after I enter the administrator password). I've NEVER seen an installer crash like this before. It's possible I have some problem on my drive, although almost everything else seems to run fine. The reason I'm a bit suspicious is that the "ReadMe" TextEdit file on the DiskWarrior 3.0 installer CD crashes ITS parent application when I try to open it (I can read it with MS Word - from Office for X) just fine. I've done the Chron jobs with MacJanitor and repaired permissions. As soon as I make a backup I plan to run DiskWarrior on the boot volume. Anyone have other suggestions to try. Obviously, not being able even to INSTALL a $1,000 suite is a MAJOR PITA!!! Jim Robertson --
