another alternative is if the server supports webmail, log in and just send
the email to yourself, it will register as new mail and download

Go to your Home\library\mail\POP-<youraddress> folder and delete the
file MessageUidsAlreadyDownloaded
This will give you the WHOLE WEEKS worth of mail and not just the 1 you
are looking for.
