[X-SW] Resuming of HTTP Downloads after a failure

If you are looking for a GUI/non-shell based method,

I recommend Sun Download manager.  This is the download page.

http://www.sun.com/download/sdm/download.xml

It has saved me many times from having to restart a http download.
