[X Newbies] import to mail from FM Pro or reverse

I guess in my first post I said Mail and I meant Address Book. Does 
that clarify what I'm talking about? I had names, addresses, phone 
numbers and email address' in a FMP file and wanted to get them to my 
OS X Address Book.
