Why would you want to make a Windows bootable CD with a Mac application
program?

1) MacOS doesn't know how to put Windows code on a CD to make it 
bootable,
and it doesn't want to know.

2) A Windows machine wouldn't know what to do with Toast 6.1 for Mac.
