Something to do with the System Folder need to be moved to another folder. The HD has two different folders. One is 'System' the other 'System Folder.' Was not sure what it was telling me, so I moved both to another folder. When the installer was done, I moved the folder for 'System' back to HD, and since I now had a 'System Folder' on the HD, I tossed the, I guess, old 'System Folder.' When I clicked on the installer the 2nd time I noticed it had an 'options' button. I clicked on it and it asked if I wanted to do a clean install, so I checked the box. I think what I did was just dumb luck, but now I know how to fix this if it ever happens again. :) Thanks for all the help, Sherry
